Returns and Refund

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unread, in original condition and packaging, and include all original inserts, accessories, and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return
Email admin@salabookshop.com within 15 days of delivery with your name, order number, item, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returning an Approved Item
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days. Buyers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are complete only after received and inspected by SALA Bookshop.

Condition of Returned Books
Returned books must be unused, unread, and in original condition. We cannot accept books with writing, markings, damage, stains, odors, missing inserts, or signs of use. Items that do not meet our return requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@salabookshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label.
If the issue was due to our error, SALA Bookshop will cover the approved return shipping cost. Please keep the item and packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Sets, Bundles, and Promotional Items
Sets, bundles, and promotional items must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted unless approved by SALA Bookshop in advance.

Non-Returnable Items and Exchanges
Sale and clearance items are not returnable. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processing or shipped.
If your order has shipped, you may request a return after receiving it, if eligible. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
